Quality product. Really impressed. I have been looking for the right solution for attaching my dad's old racing bike that was made just for him - to the wall of my garage gym. The bike has sentimental attachment to me and so I was very fussy about the hooks I wanted to use. This fit the bill perfectly.
Ordered extra hooks for the rail and really impressed with the quality. Hold a lot of weight and very sturdy construction. Very easy to fit and have made a lot of difference in declutterring the garage. Highly recommended!
I searched high and low for a storage solution for all the bikes my family has, and this seemed to present the best value proposition for saving space in my garage. I was not disappointed! Straight out of the box the rails, hooks and fixings are all of the highest quality with a real weight to them. They also came sustainably packaged and with excellent, full colour easy to follow instructions that help you decide on the rail mounting position for your needs. Once the rails are up the beauty of the design makes it so easy to install, remove and adjust the individual hooks. The bikes are held securely and it's not particularly sensitive to the type of bike/wheels etc. I would say a bit of practice needed getting the bikes on and off. I would also recommend allowing space in front of the rack so you can easily roll the bikes up on their back wheel and present them to the hooks, but it doesn't need to be a full bike length as you can rotate once you have the bike vertical. Overall I'm really happy with the results and I think the price is super reasonable compared to other options on the market that may appear more flashy. This gets the job done and it's flexible to my future needs too.
We have four meters of rack holding 6 pairs of skis, three bikes, a golf bag, and helmets. It has transformed the order in our ski room, making more space, at a very low cost. I do recommend these racks. I like the way that the company stopped me buying the white ones (because they mark) and my black ones look great. The delivery to Switzerland was easy and seamless.
Excellent product. Very sturdy, easy to put up and keeps the Ukuleles very tidy. It arrived in a few days so an excellent service all round.
For two years I stored ukuleles in a closet in the cardboard boxes they came in. This made it difficult to access when we needed them for class. Now they are hanging on my wall and easily accessible without all the clutter of the boxes. This was easily secured to the wall and it looks great too! Awesome product, highly recommend.
When I order the hooks I presumed I was getting a rail to clip hooks onto got nothing so got charged €57 for two hooks and now customs wants a further €22 so €80 for two hooks scandalous price.

I'm really sorry to hear about the confusion and extra charges to Dublin.
Delivery charges, customs clearance and import duties push the import costs up. We have no control over these and don't make any money from them. It's just an overhead in shipping to Ireland.
We try to explain the difference between just the hooks and complete racks but the photos can be confusing unless you read the text carefully. Sorry.
Please try the hooks you have. I think you will like them. If not, please get back in touch by email (luis@gearhooks.com) and we can sort something out. There is nothing I can do about the shipping or duties though.

Very happy with the racks; easy to install.
bought them to rack some spare wheels and did the job well. If I was being picky they could do with being a bit wider at the hook end to increase the separation of the wheels and allow them to hang more vertically. But did the job.
Great hook, very easy to fit with just one hole required and holds 2 mountain bikes firmly in place clearing substantial floor space. The sleeves prevent any damage to he wheel riims. Very impressed with the quality and great customer service.
