The website is great, easy to pick and choose, (and colours!!!), when I placed my order the emails kept me up to date and it arrived so quickly! The packaging was amazing - everything arrived safely, nothing loose - and the reusable zip ties are brilliant! I will use them again and then it's not just plastic waste. The documents were very helpful and well written. Installation was not hindered by anything you guys did, just trying to get everything arranged in my small shed with an abundance of different bikes and unicycles.
I found you online, with a search...I looked loads of places for bike storage ideas and found a ton of junk (crappy stamped steel hooks, etc). Your racks are not expensive and they look great. Bike shops should know about you! When I went looking in person, they had nothing to offer in the bike storage line, honestly - one guy said I could put a (very cheap looking) car bike rack on my wall.
Anyway, I wanted you to know that the wife went out to the shed yesterday afternoon to get her bike and go for a ride...as she was leaving, she said "wow, I like what you did with the shed, it was so easy to get my bike out!". Winning!!!! Thank you!

I ordered the one meter rail with bike hooks and the double pronged hook for the bike mount. It works really well and looks smart on the wall. The customer service has been really good.

Needed to sort out my garage, was a cluttered mess and was fed up with having to move 3 bikes to get to the one I wanted, scratching them etc in the process. Some expensive fancy products on the market but the gearhooks system does the job simply and brilliantly at a great price and product quality is excellent. A hiccup with some small parts missing when the package arrived but sorted really quickly, no fuss. Fitting straightforward with my mediocre DIY skills, just remember to lubricate screw threads.
Now need more bikes to fill up all this new space...
Great product - very easy to install. The instructions provided were very thorough and well laid out. The Gearhooks work exactly as designed and helped me clear a significant amount of space in the garage in a safe and tidy manner.

a crackin product which was really easy to order and a joy to fit to the wall, I fixed it to a plywood clad shed and it is solid and well capable of 3 bikes and a few bits and bobs to go with them . so easy to use once fitted and also something that can be added to in the future.

Saw this advertised as I was rapidly running out of space for my Ukulele collection. It is known in the playing circle that you can never have enough Ukes! The product was well packaged, on time and beautifully made. There were also clear instructions. My only observation, and I am happy to be corrected, was the lack of dimensions on the website. I know the length of the arms was quote, but I couldn't find the length of the wall mount. This was a factor for me due to space restrictions. Otherwise, brilliant!

Instructions are good. I measured my bike as instructed (1465mm) and added 200mm but after installation my front wheel turns left or right on all my bikes so I guess it should have been a little higher to give more tension on the wheel. For three bikes, road bike, gravel bike and trekking bike the handlebars are touching so 200mm longer would help to prevent any damage in the future. Still, a neat, well presented Way to store my bikes in the garage without scratching the frames.

Being able to tilt the front wheel is actually a benefit at it stops the handlebars bumping into each other. You can see a picture like this on the instructions. It also sounds like your bikes are all quite light so you could mount the bikes much higher on the wall. The back wheels will be off the floor so you can sweep under them. This is the best way to mount light bikes. If the handlebars still clash you can then angle the end bikes outwards. If you decide to do that, let me know and I'll send you 3 more wall plugs so you can move the rack.
