I purchased a rack to get the long poles of the strimmer and hedge cutter off the garage floor. The rack is sturdy and was fitted without drama; the methodically written instructions sheet was appreciated. The design is cleaver in that the hooks can be adjusted vertically as well as horizontally to suit.
Despite having installed a racking system in my garage many years ago, it had become very untidy. The problem was that the old system only allowed one tool per point on the racking. I looked on the internet for the best solution and was pleased to find that GearHooks had the answer: a system that allows multiple tools on each hook. For example, I am now storing seven spades and forks in the wall space that previous held just one. The GearHooks system is well designed and flexible in terms of what is being stored and it is great that it is manufactured in the UK.
In terms of the great service, I had some queries about fitting GearHooks in my wooden garage. Luis quickly responded to my email with clear answers. Delivery of my order was prompt and I was stuck by the care that had been taken in the packaging used, everything was well protected and labelled, with the minimum of single use plastics.
As part of a garage tidy, I decided to look for some wall hanging device for garden tools, ladders etc I came across Gearhooks and ordered a set to try. These have been delivered a installed. I will definitely be ordering more, they're great, easy to fit and their use has freed up a lot of floor space. I cannot fault them.
Hooks work very well to hang large class sets of ukeleles for a school. They arrived promptly and were easy to install.

The website is great, easy to pick and choose, (and colours!!!), when I placed my order the emails kept me up to date and it arrived so quickly! The packaging was amazing - everything arrived safely, nothing loose - and the reusable zip ties are brilliant! I will use them again and then it's not just plastic waste. The documents were very helpful and well written. Installation was not hindered by anything you guys did, just trying to get everything arranged in my small shed with an abundance of different bikes and unicycles.
I found you online, with a search...I looked loads of places for bike storage ideas and found a ton of junk (crappy stamped steel hooks, etc). Your racks are not expensive and they look great. Bike shops should know about you! When I went looking in person, they had nothing to offer in the bike storage line, honestly - one guy said I could put a (very cheap looking) car bike rack on my wall.
Anyway, I wanted you to know that the wife went out to the shed yesterday afternoon to get her bike and go for a ride...as she was leaving, she said "wow, I like what you did with the shed, it was so easy to get my bike out!". Winning!!!! Thank you!
